Noisely Privacy Policy
Luciddeft ("we", "us", or "our") operates Noisely, an app for focused, relaxing, and sleep-friendly sound sessions. This Privacy Policy explains what information is processed when you use Noisely and how you can contact us about it.
Who is responsible for your data?
Luciddeft is responsible for Noisely-related processing described in this Policy. Our contact details are listed at the end of this page.
Information processed by Noisely
Information you provide
We receive information you choose to send to us, such as your email address and the contents of a support request. Noisely does not ask you to create an account or provide your name to use the app.
Anonymous product analytics
Noisely uses a self-hosted instance of Aptabase at analytics.luciddeft.com. We use it to understand feature usage and improve the app. Events may describe actions such as onboarding choices, session starts and ends, selected sounds, paywall views, and purchase or restore results.
The Noisely code does not intentionally send your name, email address, contacts, precise location, microphone recordings, or camera data to Aptabase. Aptabase is designed for anonymous analytics without advertising identifiers, cookies, fingerprinting, or long-term user identification. We do not use Noisely analytics to sell personal information or to build advertising profiles.
Purchases and premium access
Noisely uses Apple App Store or Google Play billing, together with RevenueCat, to process purchases and determine whether Noisely Unlimited is active. RevenueCat may process technical information about your device and transaction information such as purchase receipts or tokens, purchase status, and entitlement history. Payment card details are handled by the relevant app store rather than by Noisely.
RevenueCat describes its handling of end-user technical and transaction information in its Privacy Policy. Apple and Google also process information under their own terms and privacy policies.
How we use information
- To provide, maintain, and improve Noisely.
- To operate premium entitlements and restore purchases.
- To understand aggregate usage and troubleshoot reliability.
- To respond to support requests and comply with legal obligations.
- To protect Noisely, our users, and our services from misuse.
Service providers and international processing
We use service providers such as Aptabase and RevenueCat to operate analytics and purchases. These providers may process information in countries other than your own. Their processing is governed by their own policies and applicable agreements. RevenueCat states that some customer data may be stored in the United States; please review its policy for current details.
Retention and security
We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, to operate the service, resolve disputes, comply with legal obligations, and enforce agreements. Retention periods differ by data type and service provider.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to the processing of your personal data, as well as rights to data portability and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. To exercise a right, contact us using the details below. We may need to verify your request.
Children
Noisely is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the app. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact us so we can review and delete it where appropriate.
Changes to this Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when Noisely or our data practices change. We will post the updated version on this page and change the date above. Your continued use of Noisely after an update means that the updated Policy applies from its effective date.
